Just a week after the sweet payg that lasted for over a year was blocked a new Etisalat tweak is out. It is based on Etisalat time browsing package.
Here is How to activate it
first recharge at least 100 naira if you don't have airtime on the line.
1. Next dial *620*1# to migrate to easy life plan.
2. then dial * 229*3*7# to activate the time based browsing package, also dial *227*0# to cancel auto renewal/opt out of the plan
now you can connect to the web and browse Unlimitedly for 3 hours.
Dial *228# to check how much time u have left. Enjoy! Comment if you have issues

Update:
the above tweak is no longer active but here is smoother way to surf at 0.0naira
