Open PayPal account in Nigeria without Stress
(Jun 20 2014 at 01:03am)Great News! you can now open a PayPal account in Nigeria with ease and get it verified within the same day without Stress thanks to the recent development at PayPal, as the company has added Nigeria to list of countries it operates in.
For the mean time PayPal Nigeria is restricted to "send payment" service only but hopefully in a short time users will be able to access other services.
