Google how to root infinix x510 or download the latest kingroot apk.
Psiphon is a tunnelling app like simple server! It works without auto proxy (but requires that your phone is rooted).
Please I will recommend that you root your phone and check our "mtn bis with psiphon" topic

Yes, but recently mtn bis do not connect with simple server again. (after using the allocated 10mb it will stop)
