what pastors ov nowadays do

There is this pastor in a church.what he normally do is after the offering,he will ask the congregation to close their eyes for prayers,and when the prayer will be ongoing he will be putting his hand into the offering box and take the money and put it in his pocket.
one day the same thing was going on,when a man who came late to the church saw him ,and the pastor saw him and shouted blessed is the eye that sees and keep quiet immediately the man responded for they shall recieve their reward after the sermon
