what is the biggest tech event in Nigeria

Do you know? I have heard so much about tech+, e-nigerian, and a few others.

For folks in Lagos and environments tech+ seems like one very big one with a lot of publicity (billboards and co) but I don't see so much about tech+ in my zone (northern Nigeria).
