[New Feature]use smiley on post, reply and public message

am pleased to announce the addition of smiley feature to projectnaija.com the feature is still under development but I released it so users can get a feel of how it works.
here are some rules when using the new smiley feature(I know people hate rules. but until next update to the feature follow them)
- you can't start a post/reply with a smiley(if u must then put space b4 the smiley code).
- always insert a space after the last character before a u insert a smiley.
- that's all the rule. must of the smiley codes are standard so u don't need to follow new rules/code.
please report errors about smiley by replying to this post. thank you
