Forgot Your ItelMobile Password? Check How To Hard Reset It

I came across this when I was surfing the internet, though it might be the same process of hard resetting of some android phones but I thought it will still be beneficial to those using itel mobile phones if they want to hard reset their phones when you forget your password.
There have been several inquiries on how to hard reset your phone
when you forget your password.
Here is how:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press the power button and the down volume key the same
time to get to the recovery menu.
3. Select Clear eMMC with the volume button and confirm with the
power button.
Note : If the problem persists, visit the Carlcare Service Center.
