One of the first thing a phone technician does to repair some hardware problems in phones is to service it. This is very important. If a phone accidentally falls on water or dead, servicing may at times be all that is needed to revive the phone. There are lot more reasons to service a phone. So what exactly is this phone servicing?

What Is Phone Servicing
It simply means cleaning the panel (PCB, mother board or circuit board) of the phone and then heating it. Easy? Yes. it's that easy. This is necessary because if the phone falls on water, some metals in water can cause components of the phone to connect with each other when they are not supposed to. This can make the phone to loose some features, make the screen to malfunction and make the phone dead. By cleaning the phone panel, all wrong contacts made will be broken and the phone will return back to normal

What Is The Process Of Servicing A Phone
First of, get a toothbrush, an alcoholic liquid (methylated spirit, ogogoro, or even petro) and a heating source like heater or Sun or hot bulb. Now You are few steps closer to servicing your phone. Next, you will loose or open your phone (disassemble) and perform the remaining easy task.
