Alexis Sanchez may start with an eye to building his fitness ahead of Arsenal's trip to Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Jack Wilshere could also feature in what would be his first appearance for Arsenal in 13 months.
However Francis Coquelin and Santi Carzola are both out, while Calum Chambers is a doubt.

GOOOAAALLL!!! CORDOBA 9'

Cologne take the lead in dramatic fashion, and it's a goal Arsenal could have avoided. It's a long ball over the top, Ospina rushes out but doesn't get the best clearance... Bittencourt touches it to Cordoba, who is 40-45 yards out with Ospina rushing back, and he manages to lift it over him and into the corner of the net!
