For some weeks now mtn lines are able to open some sites on opera mini with 0.00 balance. A tweak for simple server was generated from this new generosity by mtn. Here is how it works.
Your access point should look like this:
Apn:web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8080

Then configure your simple server like this:

Also download auto proxy and configure it with proxy: 127.0.0.1 and port 8080, start simple server and then start auto proxy... browse and download Unlimitedly.
Update
The mtn simple server 0.0 stopped working recently but we have found a workaround alternative. Ready about MTN 3gb 2go data + Simple server
