Rooting Kitkat based android phones can be very tough but recently 2 one click root tools do the job easily. For Innjoo One the tool is Vroot or Iroot(both are the same software).
How to root Innjoo one with Vroot:
-First download and install the latest version of iroot to your PC. http://products.mgyun.com/api/downjump?productcode=vRoot&channelcode=1005
-Also make sure u have pdaNet(drivers for android phones) installed. http://pdanet.co/bin/PdaNetA4170.exe
Connect your phone via USB to the PC but before doing that make sure you enable USB Debugging. Settings > About > Keep Tapping on Build
Number for some time. Return to Settings > Developer and enable Debugging.
-Next launch iroot connect your phone to the PC wait for iroot to detect it then click on root/green button wait for Rooting process to be completed (phone might restart during the Rooting this is normal do not disconnect the phone).
That's all your innjoo one is rooted.
