Google now lets you preview your apps on your PC [If you are using CHROME]

The App Runtime for Chrome (ARC) which was originally developed for ChromeBook has now been launched for Mac, Windows and Linux. The tool handles mobile to desktop (or laptop) operations and launches your app using the app's apk file. The ARC runs Android 4.4 *not 5.0 and launches as a Chrome Browser extension and the image is a test run of the twitter apk. ..Enjoy
