Here is How to activate it
first recharge at least 100 naira if you don't have airtime on the line.
1. Next dial *620*1# to migrate to easy life plan.
2. then dial * 229*3*7# to activate the time based browsing package, also dial *227*0# to cancel auto renewal/opt out of the plan
now you can connect to the web and browse Unlimitedly for 3 hours.
Dial *228# to check how much time u have left. Enjoy! Comment if you have issues

the above tweak is no longer active but here is smoother way to surf at 0.0naira
