bet9ja not replying emails

So, for months I have been trying to reach bet9ja via email without getting any response. I wanted to join in their affiliate program and I filled the form on their website yet I didn't get any response from.
I was finally able to reach them via phone call and I asked the agent why they never replied my mails. He told me they didn't receive any mail from my email address. I didn't get any delivery error notification from my mail service provider either so this is somehow strange.
