best way to backup contact and messages (sms) on Android

This is a very easy method/way to backup your contacts and text messages on an android phone without Rooting or having to download any application.
Steps
1. Goto messages (or inbox) then click on the option key
2. From the options that will come up select import/export
3 select export (if you are making backup) or select import(if you wish to restore a previous backup)
4. Now choose the to SDCard option and click Next/or Ok.
5. Mark all the sms you wish to backup then click Ok then wait for backup to be completed.
A copy of the backup is saved in SDCard/backup/messages Or SDcard/backup/contact (if it is an export of contact). Please copy the backup older to a computer or somewhere else so that u can use it any time.
To restore just select import instead of export.
